Staff
Our school is proud to have a diverse and dedicated team of educators who are passionate about creating a supportive learning environment for all students.

Principal
Mr Paul Dullard has been in the education field for almost four decades. He was born and raised in Northern Victoria and comes from a family of strong educators. Paul began his teaching career in 1986 in Sandhurst where he has continued to develop his passion for teaching. Paul has worked at a number of schools over the years as well as holding positions in the Catholic Education Office. Paul became Principal at Holy Rosary School in 2016 and since that time has developed a strong sense of culture and community in the school. He is proud of the Holy Rosary students and is passionate about continually improving their academic, social and emotional development.
Deputy Principal
Mrs Kate Ruck joined the team at Holy Rosary in 2024 and has settled into Holy Rosary School seamlessly. Kate resides in Heathcote and is part of the local community. She brings an extensive knowledge of the Victorian curriculum and current research in the teaching and learning field. Throughout her career, Kate has taught in India, Victoria and Queensland. In addition to her practical experience, she possesses a Bachelor of Education and a Masters in Education.
Teaching staff
Our teachers are committed to fostering the growth, confidence and resilience of all our students. We are fortunate to have dedicated specialist teachers as part of our staffing team who enrich the curriculum in areas such as Art, Performing Arts, Physical Education, STEAM, Indonesian and Music. All our teachers bring an abundance of care and expertise to every aspect of your child’s educational journey. Our teachers have a genuine passion for ensuring each student reaches their full potential. Alongside our class teachers, we employ learning support officers to provide individualised support in each class, ensuring that the personal needs of each student are met.
Wellbeing team
We have a wellbeing worker onsite on a weekly basis, Sarah Vanis. Our wellbeing worker is a registered teacher and holds qualifications in counselling, psychological science and professional psychology. Sarah helps students with emotional wellbeing through pastoral care, focusing on vulnerable students or students experiencing periods of grief or trauma.
Speech Pathology
We have a speech pathologist, Peta Mazurak, who attends our school on a regular basis to work with students and their families in facilitating language and communication programs. Our speech pathologist is qualified to conduct individual speech assessments and works with students one-on-one during class time to complete their programs.
Learning Intervention
Our Learning Intervention Team works closely with our classroom teachers to identify students who would benefit from additional Literacy support. Students attend MiniLit or MacqLit depending on their age, this is an evidence based program based around the science of reading research.
Our administration staff ensure all our internal processes run smoothly, handling day-to-day operations and communications.
