Community
Community engagement is at the heart of our educational ethos. We strongly believe that a strong school community leads to increased attendance levels, improved behaviour and an overall increase in children’s learning achievements.
P,F&C Committee
Our Parents, Friends and Carers Committee (PF&C) is a fundamental part of our community. The committee has two main functions; one is enhancing the school experience for many families and advocating for our school through positive action in the community while the second is raising funds for our school. The committee runs the weekly canteen on a Friday morning and organises events throughout the year such as the annual Mother’s Day Luncheon, Trivia Night, Special Parent Day stalls and other social events.
The PF&C committee’s efforts contribute to our school by promoting parent involvement, creating a positive and engaging social atmosphere and strengthening the sense of community at Holy Rosary. The funds raised from PC&F events are used to purchase valuable resources for the school.
